Rules & Eligibility
TopClaimer is an open platform — but not a free-for-all. These rules exist to keep the leaderboard honest, safe, and valuable for everyone.

Bid Eligibility Rules
To place a bid on TopClaimer, the following conditions must be met:
Your product must have a live, publicly accessible URL at the time of bidding.
Each product listing must represent a distinct, real product or service — not a placeholder, coming-soon page, or redirect to a generic homepage.
One product per URL. Duplicate submissions of the same product under different names are not permitted.
Bidders must be 18 years of age or older.
Bids are non-refundable once confirmed. See Payment & Processing Disclosures for details.
You may bid on behalf of a product you own, represent, or have explicit authorization to promote.
Automated bidding scripts, bots, or programmatic bid manipulation are strictly prohibited.

- ✓SaaS products, web apps, and software tools
- ✓Mobile applications (iOS, Android, cross-platform)
- ✓Physical products with an online storefront
- ✓Digital goods, templates, and downloadable assets
- ✓Developer tools, APIs, and open-source projects
- ✓Newsletters, communities, and content platforms
- ✓Indie games and entertainment products
Prohibited Content
- ✗Adult content, explicit material, or age-restricted products
- ✗Gambling, betting, or lottery services
- ✗Weapons, firearms, or dangerous goods
- ✗Illegal products or services in any jurisdiction
- ✗MLM schemes, pyramid structures, or deceptive business models
- ✗Cryptocurrency exchanges, unregistered securities, or financial instruments
- ✗Hate speech, discriminatory content, or products targeting protected groups
- ✗Counterfeit goods or products infringing on intellectual property
- ✗Phishing sites, malware distributors, or fraudulent services
Enforcement
TopClaimer reserves the right to remove any product listing, cancel any bid, and ban any account that violates these rules — at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
Bids associated with removed listings are non-refundable. If a listing is removed due to a platform error (not a rule violation), a credit may be issued at TopClaimer's discretion.
To report a listing that violates these rules, contact abuse@topclaimer.com. We review all reports within 48 hours.
Rule changes: TopClaimer may update these rules at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated rules. Major changes will be announced via the platform.
